Share and reuse interoperability solutions for public administrations

An Asset Owner is the physical or legal person who is the owner of the semantic interoperability asset, holding all rights specific to that semantic interoperability asset; however s/he is not necessarily holding all rights to all the artefacts contained by the semantic interoperability asset. An Asset Owner may have the role and corresponding authorisations of a Project Owner.
