Open Source Software Survey - Adoption & Usage in Organisations

There has been widespread industrial and academic acclaim for open source software, and yet organisational adoption rates remain relatively low, compared to traditional proprietary alternatives. 

Our research aims to investigate the driving and inhibiting factors in the adoption & usage of open source software in organisations.  We would like to offer you the opportunity to participate in this research and to receive a summary report of our findings.

The survey consists of around forty questions, can be completed in around half an hour and is available for your participation on line until 29th February 2012:
