Reproduce bug: 1. Open Editor 2. File -> New Policy 3. Role Hierarchie Tool -> Create new hierarchy "http://foo" 4. Open role hierarchy editor on "http://foo" 5. Add a new role "foobar" 6. Delete the role "foobar" => The role hierachy is empty but the tool bar allows to delete, edit... ("nothing") => Eg. a click on edit role opens a dialog where a new name can be set.
