Hi Mikael,

Thanks a lot for your super initiative to start collecting refererence materials! What a wealth of resources!

@All: let's share our ideas / further resources around the above - or any related - topic!

Hi Mikael,

thanks for sharing this impressive list of resources, now I am at once up to date in an area where I have my first paper published in 1991. While code representations "alongside the enactment of regulations" would be a fair objective, in the ICT lifecycle we start with requirements capture, then model and analyse to resolve issues among the stakeholders, validate, and only then start coding.

Quality regulations "as code" had better follow a similar drafting path.

- As you work in the tax area, this paper https://www.researchgate.net/publication/223449074_A_multi-level_model-driven_regime_for_value-added_tax_compliance_in_ERP_systems (10 years old) may be of interest to you.

- During the past decade the modeling tools landscape has much improved to the extent that support during the legal drafting can be much broader than illustrated in the previous paper.

Best regards,

Jan

Hi Tim,

Thanks for the info - we have updated the page with the active link.

The COVID example is also super relevant. We will have a webinar exactly on rules as code solutions in view of the crisis under the upcoming OPSI Government after shock conference. Happy to meet you & interested colleagues there! Best regards, Zsofia
