The fourth edition of the Italian workshop on free software, open source and open formats in archeological research will be held in Rome.

The first day of the event will focus on open learning and open data. Particular attention will be paid to the use of open source applications on archeological sites and to the protection of results.

The second day will concentrate on open software and open process, with a focus on transmission of cultural information, free archeological licenses, copyright, theoretical and methodological aspects and legal issues.
