Opening

The conference will be opened by the Portuguese Minister of the Presidency and of Administrative Modernisation, Maria Manuel Leitão Marques, together with the Director-General of the European Commission's Directorate-General for Informatics (DIGIT), Gertrud Ingestad, and the President of the Agency for Administrative Modernisation (AMA), Pedro Manuel Francisco da Silva Dias

Keynote speech 

The keynote speaker, Tony Bosma, a futurist and trend watcher, will speak about how technology enables services based on the sharing of products, people's time and knowledge.
