Description (short summary):
Those 32 national status reports on the use of electronic authentication have been made available by the European Commission. They are deliverables from a project on eID interoperability for Pan European Government Services (PEGS).
The surveys cover EU Member States, candidate countries and EEA countries. Each survey follows the same template, with six main sections, namely:
- General status and most significant eIdentity Management (eIDM) systems;
- Background and traditional identity resources;
- eIDM framework;Â
- Interoperability;
- eIDM applications;
- Assessment.
