The Lab at OPM is a human-centered design based innovation lab in the U.S. Federal Government. We are pitching to present at the South by Southwest Interactive Conference and we need your vote! This is an important opportunity for us to showcase innovation in government with a wide audience. Our session, Overcoming Design Roadblocks in Government, will include lessons from our work redesigning the user experience in applying for Federal jobs and helping qualifying children gain access to free and reduced school meals through the United States Department of Agriculture.
