Lionel, not sure I understand your point, but if it is than any website that doesn't allow comment is undemocratic, I think you are a bit harsh on quite a few, including most of the European institutions sites ;)
If I may shortly introduce myself, I am director of the campaign for a citizen-friendly designed European citizens’ initiative right, working on the ECI over the past ten years starting at the Convention on the Future of Europe when we campaigned and succeeded in close cooperation with a few convention members to place the ECI into primary law. Now the big challenge evidently is to make the ECI a real accessible instrument and you apparently are the people who can contribute to do so – my respect for your engagement!
I would very much appreciate your feedback. Francisco, we have met already at your place. May I ask about you Lionel Antunes, are you a colleague of Francisco at the EC in Luxembourg or do you belong to one of the running ECIs?
