To award a label to public procurement electronic platforms meeting a set of criteria based upon user feedback.
The label helps promote confidence in electronic tendering and fosters good practices. It aims at developing interoperability, security and interchange of electronic data and documents.

A joint label committee comprised of the Ministry of Finance, the Edibuild association and the Federation for Public Works decided on a set of criteria belonging to 10 categories and a process to award the label. The label is awarded for 2 years. The criteria are improved and augmented each year.
