On 30 September, the Publication Office of the European Union has released the 2021 edition of the EUPL Guidelines

Compared to the previous version, the new brochure is completely rewritten (shorter) and provides basic knowledge on what is open source licensing, the various models of licence and the specificity of the EUPL
