The public consultation related to the draft EUPL v1.2 is ongoing (from the end of December 2012 to mid March 2013). Reactions and comments are not always published on the Joinup site, but in the press and various forums (i.e Linux Weekly News). Well documented reactions are looking positive (some controversial comments still question the necessity of a multilingual / non-GPL-in-English-only licence, but interoperability extension is unanimously welcome).
