The Experimentation Lab for Public Administration (LabX), a team of the Administrative Modernization Agency (AMA), has the objective to experiment with new solutions to improve public services and the daily life of citizens and businesses. The team composed of 6 members works with specialists, users, service providers and managers to designed user-centric public services.
LabX celebrates this month 3 years of existence and has published a progress Progress Report with the projects LabX has worked on, understand the results of their work and the impact it had on service users, whether citizens or civil servants.
It presents also the main challenges facing the Laboratory in this new approaching cycle, consolidating the catalogue of solutions that are made available to public entities, from team training to organizational transformation processes.
