Open Government Tage 2015

The City of Munich will organise in September 2015 the Open Government Day.
At the heart of this two-day meeting is 'Open Government' , government transparency and citizen participation. These areas create new avenues for cooperation and can help toimprove the flow of information, the city writes on the conference website.

 

The "Open Government days" are intended as a platform for discussion and for the exchange of experiences in this great field of action. Target groups are in particular the municipal administration and public organizations, commercial enterprises, universities and colleges as well as interested citizens.

In lectures and keynotes, practical issues in the context of open government will be discussed. Expert speakers report from the field will focus on Open Data, Digital Engagement , Social Media and Smart City.

The event will take place in both the Old and the New Town Hall, in the heart of Munich.
