Open Students Lounge Zurich - Freelance Geek with FOSS, cdist and Spass

The Open Students Lounge aims to promote the work and commitments of trainees and students who deal with open source topics. Therefore, anyone who wishes to learn more on how students and trainees participate in open source projects should attend.

The event offers an intergenerational talk between people that are interested in Open Source. Niko Schottelius, part time self-employed and owner of the automation software cdist, will give a presentation on how to jump in self-employment and develop freelance work, what the role of cdist and of the employer is and how this can be achieved with FOSS and Spass.

Registration for the event is available online.
