The 6th edition of fOSSa will take place in Rennes, France, on 19, 20 and 21 November 2014.

The fOSSa organisers write that the  2014 conference will take a good look at the role of open source in the world of cryptocurrencies. fOSSa' 2014 topics are:

• Crypto Currencies in context

• Open knowledge creation

• Crowdsourcing scientific research

fOSSa 2014 is organized by Inria and Fing, supported by partners such as FabLab of Rennes and La Cantine de Rennes. The organisers promise three intense days of lectures, discussions, workshops and meetings with international experts.
