FOSSCOMM 2011 – 4th Conference on Free and Open Source Software Communities

The purpose of the conference is the acquaintance between communities and groups -research and development- dealing with Free Software both in Greece and at an international level, the presentation of technological developments in the field, the presentation of innovative ideas, the collection of proposals for encouraging and promoting the Free Software/ Open Source Software and facilitating learning through presentations and workshops.

The event is aimed at anyone interested in Free Software/Open Source Software, regardless of the level of knowledge of software and computers.

The Call for Speakers for the conference is open and all interested parties may submit their talk proposal here.

The conference schedule will be finalized and published by 7 April 2011on the event website, where interested participants will also be able to find information about the project’s important dates.

Interested participants are able to register until 2 May 2011 by filling out the form available on the event website.
