Richard Stallman, creator of the GNU Project and President of the Free Software Foundation, will participate as special guest in the 2009 edition of the IT Giants Conference. Stallman's presentation will deal with "Copyright vs Community in the Age of Computer Networks".
During this one day conference, participants will also have the opportunity to listen to other lecturers, such as Grzegorz Nalepa from AGH University of Science and Technology and Grzegorz Gutmajer, Controls & Security Engineering Manager of Delphi, that will present the potentials and threads connected to the use of open source software in automotive embedded systems.
The conference will be held in the Centrum Dydaktyczne AGH - U2 Building, in Krakóv.
