In PEPS 0.4 (SAMLEngine 0.4), optional and mandatory attributes could have an empty value by setting the STORKStatusCode to STATUS_AVAILABLE and providing an empty list as the value for PersonalAttribute. In PEPS 0.4 / SamlEngine 0.4.1 this no longer works. Even setting the status to STATUS_NOT_AVAILABLE causes the same exception to be thrown: eu.stork.peps.exceptions.STORKSAMLEngineException: Error (no. null) processing request : Attribute name: canonicalResidenceAddress must be contain one value, simple or complex value.
