You are kindly invited to participate and contribute in the public review of the three new specifications that the ISA² Programme has developed in close collaboration with relevant EU and Member State services and a broad community of contributors: StatDCAT-AP, the Core Public Organisation Vocabulary (CPOV) and Core Criterion and Core Evidence Vocabulary (CCCEV). The specifications have entered their public review period on 30 August 2016. This review period will last for eight weeks, until 31 October 2016. The feedback received will be discussed during Working Groups meetings in late October and mid November. The final publication of the specifications is foreseen for December 2016. Please find below more details for the specifications:
1 - StatDCAT-AP
The draft revision can be downloaded from: http://joinup.ec.europa.eu/release/statdcat-ap-draft-4.
The StatDCAT Application Profile is an extension of the DCAT Application Profile for Data Portals in Europe, version 1.1 (DCAT-AP). The StatDCAT-AP specification brings the statistical and open data communities closer by enhancing the visibility and facilitating the inclusion of statistical data sets in open government data portals. This work was elaborated by an open Working Group that was co-chaired by the Publications Office of the European Union and Eurostat.
Please submit your feedback by sending comments and suggestions to stat_dcat_application_profile@joinup.ec.europa.eu.
2 - Core Public Organisation Vocabulary (CPOV)
The draft revision can be downloaded from http://joinup.ec.europa.eu/release/core-public-organisation-vocabulary-draft-4.
The Core Public Organisation Vocabulary is a data model for describing public organisations in the European Union, based on W3C's Organisation Ontology. This work was elaborated by an open Working Group that was co-chaired by the Publications Office of the EU and the Flemish Information Agency.
Please submit your feedback by sending comments and suggestions to cpov@joinup.ec.europa.eu.
3 - Core Criterion and Core Evidence Vocabulary (CCCEV)
The draft revision can be downloaded from http://joinup.ec.europa.eu/release/core-criterion-and-core-evidence-vocabulary-draft-4.
The Core Criterion and Core Evidence Vocabulary (CCCEV) is designed to support the exchange of information between organisations defining eligibility criteria for the provision of public services and entities (e.g. citizens, businesses, other public agencies) providing the necessary evidences to address the criteria, e.g. criteria for companies to participate in public procurement set by legislation and the evidences the company provide to prove compliance to these criteria. This work was elaborated by an open Working Group that was chaired by Autorità Nazionale anticorruzione (ANAC), Italy.
Please submit your feedback by sending comments and suggestions to criterion_evidence_cv@joinup.ec.europa.eu.
