Stelselcatalogus.nl is the online catalogue of definitions developed by the Dutch government, which contains all concepts that are included in the Dutch base registers. Recently, Stelselcatalogus.nl presented its catalogue during the SEMIC workshop on core data models for Public Administrations in Brussels.

Stelselcatalogus.nl announced that its source code is available online under the BSD2 licence through the Open source software gegevenscatalogus. Everyone can have access to the “Open source software gegevenscatalogus” and is able to develop new applications based on the source code. Developers of new applications based on the source code of Stelselcatalogus.nl are also considered to be responsible for following the necessary licences of other libraries used.

The “Open source software gegevenscatalogus” is developed and offered by Logius, the digital government service of the Dutch Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations. The system is developed independently from Stelselcatalogus.nl, implicating that any functional modification to Stelselcatalogus.nl does not affect the “Open source software gegevenscatalogus”.
