Rhoda Kerins is the Head of the Open Data Unit in the Department of Expenditure & Reform with policy responsibility for Ireland’s Open Data Initiative and the Open Data Directive. She leads the implementation of the national Open Data Strategy with responsibility for Ireland’s Open Data Portal.
