Channel is a CPSV concept and is not part of CPOV. However, contactPoint is part of CPOV and schema:ConactPoint includes opening hours. I'm proposing that we use that (cf. vCard) as discussed in https://joinup.ec.europa.eu/asset/cpov/issue/range-contactpoint-not-vca…
