With 118 applications, the first edition gave visibility to many interesting IT solutions, so we count on you to make the next contest even better.

About the Sharing & Reuse action

The European Commission’s ISA² programme aims at enabling public administrations, businesses, and citizens in Europe to benefit from interoperable cross-border and cross-sector public services. Against this background, the Sharing & Reuse action plays a pivotal role: sharing and reusing IT solutions (i.e. open source software and IT services) allows public administrations to cut costs, increase their efficiency and exploit synergies, and ultimately it helps build a stronger Digital Single Market. The Sharing & Reuse framework puts forward possible solutions to the most common legal, technical, organisational, and communication barriers to sharing and reusing IT solutions. Moreover, it offers policy makers and IT managers an overview of existing tools and resources available on the Joinup platform.
