The Once-Only Principle (OOP) aims at collecting information from citizens and businesses only once and sharing this information among different government institution to avoid duplication in the future.
What are the concerns in implementing the OOP in Greece and cross-border? What enablers are already in place, what future actions need to be taken to ensure enablers are put in place and barriers are overcome? How can we engage stakeholders for the successful implementation of the OOP?
This workshop aims at identifying answers to these questions, and discussing the OOP based on best-practice showcases from around the world.
