Do What The F*ck You Want To Public License - WTFPL

The WTFPL licence is nearly a public domain grant. It permits nearly everything, except the use of patents & trademark. However, licensors acting under the European legal framework should prefer a widely used permissive licence: the MIT licence (the most used) is a reasonable alternative to WTFPL.
