The CEF Digital Portal is the home of the CEF building blocks (eDelivery, eID, eInvoicing, eSignature and eTranslation). It is the one-stop-shop for information about the building blocks. The portal provides access to tools, services and software that can be used in any European project to facilitate the delivery of digital public services across borders.

This release contains the AS4 Access Point of the CEF eDelivery Digital Service Infrastructure (DSI). It is important to note that this release of the AS4 Access Point is composed of two main elements: the 'Domibus 3.0.1' software and the 'Domibus – App', developed by the DG for Informatics of the European Commission (DIGIT). For more information about this release, please refer to the accompanying release note.
The source code of the 'Domibus – App' is an alpha code, the Web Services Description Language (WSDL) file, contained in the 'Domibus – App', is still being tested and is subject to change in the future. Overall, therefore, this release should not be used for production purposes as performance/ load/ scalability testing is still ongoing. Further releases are planned in 2016, which will complete the current work on the AS4 Access Point.
This release of the CEF eDelivery Access Point is the result of significant collaboration among different EU policy projects' IT delivery teams and the CEF eDelivery DSI. Nevertheless, this eDelivery release is fully reusable by any other policy domain of the EU.
Full binary distribution based on JBoss Application Server 7.1.1.Final can be found in the nexus repository
Source code of the 'Domibus – App' is available on the project svn repository
