The execution of the proof of concept (PoC) will showcase the usefulness of the study and analysis regarding social media domains. The PoC shall demonstrate the use of text mining techniques on information gathered from social media (Twitter and Yammer posts), as means to identify areas of interest in research, specifically to gather conclusions regarding the most important topics to discuss during the ICT conference 2016, satisfying the ISA Action 2.18, concerned with the participatory knowledge for supporting decision-making process through Citizens participation.

Attached for your information, the source code of the project is located in the "Social_Media_Source_code.zip", where you can find the software implementation of the project. The enclosed documents present information about every stage of the project, such as the Proof of concept (PoC), requirements, technological architecture and final report among others.
