PDF-Over is a tool for creating signatures conforming PAdES. It allows for drag and drops of PDF documents and to place a visible signature block to the PDF. openZUSE is an open source framework, which implements all necessary tasks for senders of the Austrian document delivery system (DDS), the official Austrian certified mail system for the public sector. This project provides Java 6 APIs for all modules used in Austrian eGovernment for electronic delivery (eDelivery). PDF-AS is a java framework for creating digitial signatures on PDF documents. PDF-AS is also capable of verifying digitally signed PDF documents. From version 4.0 onwards PDF-AS supports only PDF Advanced Electronic Signatures (PAdES). As signature creation device a citizen card environment (CCE), a MOA-SS (> 2.0), or a software keystore (PKCS12, Java Key Store) can be used.
