New TRR entry: GITB-compliant validation service for ESPD files

The ESPD validator is dedicated to the validation of ESPD requests and responses used in eProcurement processes. Find out more about ESPD and use the Commission's online generation tool here: https://ec.europa.eu/tools/espd.

The validation service exposes two interfaces:

• A web interface, at: https://www.itb.ec.europa.eu/espd/upload.
• A SOAP web service (GITB-compliant validation service) at: https://www.itb.ec.europa.eu/espd/api/validation?wsdl.
