What makes an open source project flourish? FOSS Backstage encourages more discourse about the non-coding aspects of successful open source projects.
The two day conference is dedicated to everything related to FOSS governance and open collaboration. The sixth edition of FOSS Backstage will take place as a hybrid conference both online and in Berlin. Talk will be streamed live and virtual attendees will be able to ask questions to the speakers .
FOSS Backstage provides a space to discuss a broad spectrum of issues related to community management, vendor neutrality and leading projects without discretionary power. Conference topics will include open source project leadership best practices, community management, open source project metrics, open source strategy for enterprise, adopting open source collaboration in corporations, legal matters when dealing with open source and many more.
FOSS Backstage will be followed by one day dedicated to UX Design in FOSS. Find out more at: foss-backstage.design. Tickets for FOSS Backstage Design are available as an addon to a FOSS Backstage ticket or can be purchased separately.
