We are delighted to invite you to our Knowledge Sharing Session dedicated to the Natural Language Processing (NLP) for Public
Services Study
which will take place on 28 April 2022, from 10:00 to 12:00.

The purpose of this webinar is to present the findings of the NLP Study, but also to exchange  experiences and facilitate a discussion around the use of NLP for public service improvement, by having a closer look at benefits and challenges.
