The second edition of the European open source & free software law event (EOLE) aims to promote the sharing and dissemination of legal knowledge on free and open source software (FOSS) licences, as well as the development and promotion of good practices in the field. Two main topics will be debated during this one-day event: "FOSS terminology" and "Mutual software development and other experiences".
The event will take place at the European Parliament, in Brussels, and is supported by the Greens/European Free Alliance, jointly with many other industrial, university and community sponsors. Given the scientific orientation of the conference, the information delivered will be neutral and non-partisan.
