Under the blog entry "2010: Treats to Copyleft", OSS Watch hosts (and lets its members comment) the English version of a recent OSOR post.

OSS Watch is a UK website providing advice and guidance on the use, development, and licensing of free and open source software. OSS Watch is funded by the Joint Information Systems Committee (JISC) coordinating the efforts of United Kingdom Education councils and agencies (1).
