The validation session of the Reusable portfolio of Design Thinking and Citizen Engagement methods for GovTech will take place online on July 20th, from 4 pm to 6 pm.
The workshop is one of the activities to validate its Design Thinking methodology for citizen engagement. The portfolio of methods aims to facilitate the adoption of citizen engagement practices in the public sector for the GovTech ecosystem, providing SMEs and start-ups with a selection of tools to guide them through the process of embedding final users in the development of more effective solutions.
During the workshop:

Will be shortly presented the Design Thinking methodology developed for designing GovTech solutions.

Will be presented an initial selection of methods and how to use them.

Then will start the validation of each tool, where you will be asked to assess them against the following criteria:

Applicability to the context of use. Assess the degree of feasibility to apply the tool to start-ups designing innovative solutions for public services.

Relevance. Assess how relevant is the tool for implementing solutions related to digital government.

User-friendliness. Assess the degree of easiness in understanding how to apply it.
