On Monday 27 November 2023, at THE NEST headquarters (Piazza Vittorio Emanuele III - Penta di Fisciano), the Event "The Nest. The first year of activity: results and new initiatives".
The Nest' project is an innovative collaboration model developed with the University of Salerno for the training and qualified placement of young talent. The aim is to create a real 'business and competence community' at the University on frontier technology topics, such as digital transformation, cybersecurity, data science, linked to the PNRR, with the expectation of placing 60 young graduates per year for the next three years. The young people who successfully complete the internship or apprenticeship project, supported by Intellera professionals, will be able to continue their career path within the company.
One year on, the initiative will take stock of the work done, the results achieved and the new challenges. During the event, participants in the first year of THE NEST Programme will talk about their training and work experience.
