This is the release version 2.1.0 of the  Structural Interoperability Quick Assessment Too (SIQAT). 

This version 2.1.0 of the GIQAT Survey has been released on the 30/11/2022 on Joinup. All release components were published on 30/11/2022 on Joinup.

It is a user-friendly online questionnaire, designed as a self-assessment tool to assist public service owners to evaluate key interoperability aspects of their digital public service.

The online version of the GIQAT survey questionnaire is available at the EU survey portal: https://ec.europa.eu/eusurvey/runner/GIQAT_v_2_1_0 

The release is composed of the following elements:

• GIQAT v2.1.0 Online Survey; the GIQAT questionnaire is available as an online survey at the EU Survey portal.
• GIQAT v2.1.0 User Guide 1.0.0; a PDF document describing the user guide of GIQAT including the GIQAT model and the GIQAT survey.
• GIQAT v2.1.0 Value Proposition 1.0.0; a PDF document, which provides the value proposition of GIQAT v2.1.0.
• GIQAT v2.1.0 Release; an archive containing each of the above mentioned files.
• GIQAT v2.1.0 Joinup page; the public web page (https://joinup.ec.europa.eu/collection/interoperability-assessment-tools-iats-digital-public-services/solution/giqat/release/v210) containing information on the GIQAT.
• ISA Product License v1.4; the license under which the GIQAT is released.
