The Public Sector Tech Watch (PSTW) has launched its new self-reporting tool, that facilitates the sharing of innovative practices and solutions across the EU.

Through a simple form, administrations and service providers can submit their use cases on how emerging technologies are implemented in the EU public sector. To submit a case, interested parties must first register on Joinup.

Submissions are not only a chance to inspire other public sector organisations but also an opportunity to gain recognition at an EU level, as selected cases will be included in the PSTW observatory database. Participants can also look forward to receiving a list of similar cases from across Europe, offering valuable insights and networking opportunities. Moreover, all submitted cases will be considered for the “Best Cases Award,” set to be awarded in the Autumn of 2024, spotlighting the most innovative and impactful applications of technology in the public sector.

The self-reporting tool is designed to streamline the submission process, making it easy for policymakers and service providers to share essential information about their cases. Some of the fields to be filled in the form include the type of technology used, the geographical extent and the sector that applies to the use case, among others.

Submissions are now open: If you are part of an EU public administrations (at local, regional, national or EU level) or a technology provider implementing emerging technologies in the EU public sector, use this link to report your case! On that submission page you will also find detailed guidelines, but if you have any question or comment, contact us.

Share your experience and contribute to this growing community of innovation!
