We have seen that the best way of describing what a repository is about is to let publisher tag the repository with its own keywords. The controlled vocabularies that are enforced are sometimes too restrictive/too long for a publisher to go through it. Furthermore, the usage of keywords to describe repositories could help in their discoverability by metadata consumers, and could also help in creating relationships between different repositories that are tagged with the same keywords.

Proposed resolution: Add dcat:keyword as an optional property to Asset Repository. DCAT-AP does not specify this property for Catalogue.
