The overall goal of ADMS(-AP) is to promote the sharing and reuse of interoperability solutions across public administrations. However we receive every day requests from public administrations for contact information regarding a specific solution. The property dcat:contactPoint should be mandatory for assets to ensure that communication with the solution publisher/owner/maintainer/distributer is always possible.

Proposed resolution: Make dcat:contactPoint mandatory for Asset with cardinality 1..n. In DCAT-AP, this property is recommended with cardinality 0..n for Dataset.
As there were no objections, we will include this in the draft version of the revised profile. Of course, further comments are welcome.
