Review definition of the numSeries property

[Section 6.2.4]

The definition of the numSeries property should be reviewed in a more formal manner. If not mistaken, it is the Cartesian Product of the number of modalities of each dimension, excluding what QB calls the measure dimension (that denotes which particular measure is being conveyed by the observation).
