Core Public Service Vocabulary Application Profile 3.0.0 Switch to the latest release

The original CPSV-AP was prepared in the context of Action 2016.29 – Accessing Member State information resources at European level – Catalogue of Services[1] of the European Commission’s Interoperability for European Public Administrations (ISA) programme[2], now continued and expanded in the Interoperable Europe initiative[3].

This document defines a major revision of the Core Public Service Vocabulary Application Profile version 3.0.0 (CPSV-AP v3.0.0)[4]. The update finds its motivation in the requests for change received by users through the GitHub repository [5]. CPSV-AP Working Group members and users were invited to share their comments during two dedicated webinars which took place on the 2nd of March and 6th of April.

The main updates of this version are:

  • Improved alignment with Core Vocabularies
  • Private organizations can participate better in the provision of public services
  • Increased flexibility in the model
