Core Public Service Vocabulary Application Profile 3.1.1 Switch to the latest release

We would like to inform you about the minor release of the Core Public Service Vocabulary - Application Profile (CPSV-AP) Version 3.1.1.

What has been fixed?

Issues stated by stakeholders on Github have been addressed. A detailed CPSV-AP changelog is available on Github.
The version 3.1.1 of the CPSV-AP is available as:
- HTML as specification
- EAP as UML diagram
