The release 3.1 of RELAIS is compatible with the new versions of MySQL Server (the current is the release 8).

With respect to RELAIS 3.0 the following new features are available:

• Use of a MySQL user different from anonymous
• New module for optimal reduction to 1:1 linkage
• New similarity metrics for string comparison
• Treatment of Arabic texts

…and many other minor innovations!
