This tool describes an Interoperability specific TOGAF® v9.1 Architecture Development Method (ADM) cycle, using the European Interoperability Reference Architecture (EIRA©) as guidance. 

This document assumes that the user (typically an Enterprise Architect or a Solution Architect) has knowledge of The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF®) v9.1.
