UK government prescribes open source in public procurement
The United Kingdom government has published an update to its Digital, Data and Technology Playbook. The document sets out key policies and guidance for how digital projects and programmes are assessed, procured and delivered in the UK government. In eleven key policies, the playbook gives the public sector guidance on how to procure digital services.
