In the span of a year, the council of Brighton and Hove has fully open sourced its publishing platform. By sharing knowledge and skills, Croydon (and others) could do the same - but in one-third of the time. The process of digital transformation that the city council of Brighton and Hove (BHCC) has gone through proves once again the benefits produced by using open source.
