Broken import statement in wsdl file

The wsdl file which can be fetched from a running service by resolving the URL
http://host:port/moa-spss/services/SignatureCreation?wsdl contains a broken
import statement for the MOA schema (... import location="schema/MOA-SP-SS-1.0-
20020829.xsd" ...).
