Konfiguration: Definition einer security-role in web.xml für TC5 notwendig

Für den Betrieb von MOA SP/SS unter TC5 ist die Definition einer security-role
"moa-admin" im web.xml der Webapplikation (unter WEB-INF) notwendig. Ansonsten
bekommt man eine Warnung beim Starten von TC5.

Beiliegend das alte und das neue web.xml.
