Since MOCCA 1.3 the logging configuration changed. The applet log level may now be configured by editing <JAVA_HOME>/lib/logging.properties
This file provides an example config. Additionally, you might want to enable tracing and logging (see http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/E17476_01/javase/1.5.0/docs/guide/dep...).
